Description
Foam rolling supports self-massage and recovery for the back, hips, quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes and adductors, and it doubles as a tool for core stability and balance training. The standard 36" rollers are lighter and softer, a good fit for general use, group classes and therapy work. The half-round version sits flat on the floor, which makes it useful for balance drills, calf and ankle stretching and rehabilitation exercises.
The premium BSTFRP rollers are made from high-density EVA foam that is firm and rigid yet comfortable against the skin, so they hold their shape in higher-use settings and provide deeper pressure for tissue work. The black finish also hides scuffs. Choose the 36" length for full-back and full-leg rolling or the 18" length for portability.
