The ESB250's 44-pound flywheel is precisely balanced for the smoothest action available, driven by a 5PK poly-V belt for quiet, chain-free operation. The oversized 2"x5" steel frame is rock solid even during extreme workouts, and a top-down leather brake pad delivers smooth, durable resistance. An easy, single-motion safety stop is quick to engage when needed.
The ESB250 features road-bike-style dual-sided pedals — a toe cage on one side and SPD-cleat compatibility on the other — for riders who prefer cycling shoes or regular athletic footwear. Four-way, pop-pin fit adjustment on both the seat and handlebars (up/down and fore/aft) ensures an exact fit for any size user, and built-in transport wheels make the bike easy to move and store. The ESB250 has no console, screen, or heart rate monitor.
