Description
The NOHRD SquatRack solves the classic small-space problem: a rack capable of real squats and bench work usually means giving up a permanent chunk of floor. Here, the two columns retract to a slim, compact footprint, then extend on demand using a simple foot mechanism so you have full working room for the lift and a bench.
The barbell rests adjust to multiple heights and briefly fold upward on contact to keep the bar path clear as you lift. For lifters who train solo, NOHRD's SpotterArms accessory adds an extra layer of safety and can be purchased separately. A barbell and weight plates are not included.
