To create ample space for your workout, the NOHRD SquatRack can be fully extended using a foot mechanism. This will allow use and placement of a weight bench with sufficient room during your weightlifting workout. The two barbell rests are adjustable at different heights, ensuring secure support during your lifting session. To prevent any contact with the barbell during your upward movement, the barbell rests briefly fold upward upon contact.

SpotterArms are available separately and offer an exceptionally effective safeguard for instances when the weight cannot be maintained or needs to be set down.
