It's designed to be the permanent centerpiece of a home or garage gym, with standard 1" hole spacing that works with attachments from Fringe Sport and most other major rack brands.

Description
The Osprey is a true four-post cage, not a half rack, so you get full enclosure for safe unassisted squats and bench work. Both front and back uprights are numbered, making it easy to return J-cups, spotter arms, and safety pins to the exact same setting every session. The standardized 1" hole pattern means the Osprey isn't locked into a single brand's ecosystem of add-ons.
Fringe Sport builds the Osprey to expand with you. It's compatible with a wide range of separately-sold accessories, including spotter arms, pin pipe safeties, safety straps, barbell holders, weight storage pegs, and a built-in pull-up bar comes standard on the cage itself. Every Osprey is backed by Fringe Sport's lifetime warranty.
