Description
The BFLA250B mounts to the Best Fitness BFSM250 Smith Machine and uses a 2" weight post for Olympic plates. The high pulley handles lat pulldowns and pressdowns, and the low pulley covers seated rows, curls and similar movements.
Its no-cable-change design lets users switch between stations without re-routing the cable, and a lat bar and low row bar are included. The Smith machine and weight plates are sold separately.
