Description
The GDCC250B's dual independent weight stacks let each side of the body move through its own resistance path, making it possible to perform true isolateral chest presses, shoulder raises, rows, pulldowns and leg kickbacks alongside standard two-handed cable work. The extra-wide 11-gauge, 2" x 4" oval-tubing mainframe provides a stable platform, and aircraft cables rated above 2,500 lbs run over fiberglass-reinforced nylon pulleys for smooth, durable operation.
With 20 independent height adjustments and 180° cable positioning on each tower, the frame accommodates presses, flyes, curls, pressdowns and more. The built-in dual-position pull-up bar adds chin-up and pull-up training to the same footprint. The GDCC250B ships with 160 lb. weight stacks and can be upgraded to 210 lb. stacks as strength increases, and is backed by Body-Solid's In-Home (lifetime) and Commercial warranty coverage.
