Description
Dips are one of the most effective bodyweight movements for the chest, shoulders and triceps, and the DR378 adds them to a GPR378 rack without taking up extra floor space. The attachment bridges the rack's two safeties, so the load is carried by both sides of the frame, and it can be set at different heights to suit the user.
The tapered handles let users adjust grip width by moving along the handle, and the oversized 1.5" grips spread pressure across the palm. The DR378 is designed for the Body-Solid GPR378 power rack only; the rack is sold separately.
