Description
Dips load the triceps, lower chest and front shoulders using bodyweight alone, and a dedicated station makes them easy to program. The GDIP59B's handles widen from 19" to 21", so users can shift hand position to fit their shoulder width or change emphasis between the chest and triceps.
The 2" x 3" heavy-gauge uprights sit on an extended base for a solid feel without bolting to the floor, and the 1¾" grips are wrapped in thick rubber for a secure hold. At 40" x 27", it fits easily into a home gym or a commercial functional area.
