Each Body-Solid Premium Round Rubber Dumbbell is built around iron cast ends with a through-hole; the machined, chrome-plated steel handle is fitted through the hole and welded to the end weight before the head is over-molded in quality virgin rubber. The result is a dumbbell that holds up to repeated use while keeping the classic round-head profile lifters expect, with a medium-knurl handle that stays secure even through sweaty sets.
Running from 5 lb. to 100 lb. in 5 lb. increments, the line covers everything from light accessory work to heavy compound lifts, and is also available as pre-assembled SDPS550, SDPS650, and SDPS900 sets for outfitting a full dumbbell rack at once.
