Flat, Incline and Shoulder Press in One Freestanding Machine
The Body-Solid ProDual Multi Press covers flat press, incline press and vertical shoulder press from a single seat. The freestanding DPRSSF version includes its own weight stack, and the same station also works as a module on ProDual 3-stack and 4-stack gyms.

Description
The ProDual Multi Press uses a 20-position seat and back pad that move in unison, so one adjustment changes the press angle from flat bench to incline to seated shoulder press. The counterbalanced press bar has five adjustment angles and rides on pillow block bearings, and multiple handle positions let users vary grip width and angle.
The frame is built from 11-gauge oval tubing with 3-gauge connecting plates and continuous welds, finished in an electrostatically applied powder coat with a clear coat. Fiberglass-reinforced nylon pulleys with sealed bearings and 5.5 mm aircraft cable rated to over 2,500 lb. keep the stack moving smoothly, and full shrouds cover the weight stack.
