Description
Fixed barbells suit group classes, circuit stations and busy weight rooms where loading plates slows everyone down. Curls, presses, rows, lunges and upright rows can be done with a quick swap to the next bar, and the rubber heads protect floors and racks.
Buy single bars to fill specific weights, or choose the 200 lb. pack (one each 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 lb.) or the 650 lb. pack (one each 20 through 110 lb.). The Body-Solid SBBR100 rack is designed to store a full set.
