Quad-Grip Olympic Plates, With or Without a Bar
Body-Solid OST gray grip cast iron sets pair quad-grip Olympic plates with an optional 7' chrome Olympic bar and spring collars. Choose a 255, 355 or 455 lb plate set, or a complete 300, 400 or 500 lb set with the bar included.

Description
Each plate is cast iron with a quad-grip pattern, so even the 2.5 lb plates have four openings for a secure hand hold when loading bars or moving plates to storage. The baked-on gray hammertone finish is durable and resists chips and rust in garage, home and club settings.
The plate-only sets suit lifters who already own a bar. The 255 lb set includes (2) 45, (2) 35, (2) 25, (2) 10, (4) 5 and (2) 2.5 lb plates; the 355 lb set includes (4) 45, (2) 35, (2) 25, (2) 10, (6) 5 and (2) 2.5 lb; the 455 lb set includes (6) 45, (2) 35, (2) 25, (4) 10, (4) 5 and (2) 2.5 lb. The OST300S, OST400S and OST500S sets include the same plate groups respectively, plus an OB86 7' chrome Olympic bar and a pair of OC06 spring collars.
