Small-increment plates make the difference when you're chasing a new PR or fine-tuning technique with sub-5-lb jumps. Torque's Change Plates are built from rubber-coated steel and sold in pairs across four sizes — 1.25, 2.5, 5, and 10 lb — so you can dial in exactly the load you need on top of your working weight.
Each plate has a raised edge that keeps its printed lettering from scratching against the floor or contacting neighboring plates on the bar, and the sleeve fit is snug enough to grip securely whether you lock it in with a collar or rest it just outside your main plates for a fast change between sets.
