Description
The Arc Trainer's patented adjustable ramp lets you change your foot path through 21 incline positions, shifting emphasis between glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves without stopping your workout. Curved multi-grip handles put remote resistance and incline controls right at your fingertips, so intensity changes never break your rhythm.
Choose the SL console for a straightforward 16.5" LED display with 18 pre-loaded workouts, or step up to the SE4 for a 24" 1080p AIT touchscreen with on-demand classes, streaming apps, interactive courses, and up to 10W wireless phone charging. Both consoles support Bluetooth and ANT+ heart rate accessories, with the SE4 adding Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch compatibility. Heart rate can be tracked via contact handles or Polar®-compatible wireless telemetry straps.
