The FS-70 is available with a 170 lb. (77 kg) or 250 lb. (113 kg) weight stack, delivering a per-pull resistance range of 42–62.5 lb. (20–29 kg) in increments as small as 2.5 lb. (1.1 kg). Total machine weight ranges from 445–525 lb. (202–238 kg) depending on the weight stack selected. An included exercise guide illustrates the starting and ending positions for 10 primary exercises to help users get the most from the machine.
