Description
The HFT Pro's dual independent 150 LB weight stacks (upgradable to 200 LB each) operate on a 2:1 ratio for smooth, controlled resistance, and each side can be adjusted separately for unilateral training. The 180-degree swivel pulleys move through 31 laser-etched height positions, giving you the range to set up low rows, chest presses, overhead extensions, and virtually any cable-based exercise at the correct angle. A 55" wide, 40" deep, 82" tall footprint keeps the machine compact enough for a home gym while still delivering 80" of cable travel per side.
Construction pairs a heavy-gauge oval steel frame and laser-cut steel plates with chrome-plated tubular steel uprights and a diamond gray and textured black powder coat finish. The cables themselves are 7x19 strand aircraft cable rated at over 2000 LBS tensile strength for long-term durability. The HFT Pro ships with dual contoured handles, a sports stick, a long bar, a tricep rope, a padded ankle cuff, a chin/push-up assist strap, and dual 21-link adjustment chains, and it can be upgraded with the Connect-22 touchscreen tablet for guided training.
