The HOIST® Power Squat is designed to do exactly what it is named for… to build muscle, add mass and increase power to the lower body – including glutes, thighs, calves and lower back. An ergonomically correct pad and large footplate provides stability and helps position users correctly while ensuring the best squat exercise experience possible. An intuitive, easy-to-use lockout system helps keep users safe, and the sealed ball-bearing pivot makes for a smooth and quiet motion. Pegs for adding resistance bands are built-in on both sides of the machine. High Impact Polypropylene covered weight horns protect the frame and reduce noise. The Power Squat’s space saving, upright design takes up a minimum footprint in your gym or workout facility.
