Description
This is an optional attachment, not a standalone bench — it is designed to expand the exercise range of a compatible HOIST F.I.D. bench by adding leg extension and leg curl movements. It pairs with the HF-5165 and HF-5170 benches to bring more lower-body training into an existing setup.
It can also be combined with other HOIST accessories, such as the HF-OPT-4000-02 Preacher Curl attachment or the HF-5000-03 Accessory Stand, for a more complete station.
