Description
Built-in accessory holders and mid-row handles round out a compact multi-gym that HOIST designed to cover lat pulldowns, high pulls, presses, rows, leg extensions, leg curls, and seated biceps curls from a single station. Cables are rated to a minimum breaking strength of 2,000 lbs., and every weight plate uses pressed-in industrial plastic bushings machined to exacting tolerances for smooth, quiet operation.
Available upgrades include the V Ride Leg Press and a 50 lb. Silent Steel weight stack upgrade for a 200 lb. total stack. The Mi1 ships in matte black and is classified by HOIST for home and light commercial use (non-membership facilities with 50 or fewer users per day).
