Good for late
Travis on Jan 26I use machines once stabilization and form starts to feel shaken. It helps Me keep going. This machine felt like good range of motion and excellent chest contraction. Like others have said, I wish there was a conversion table showing force applie/weight lifted vs what’s on the bar. I just doubt at the end of a workout I’m doing 230 for reps.
I Really like it
Robby on Jan 09I use this chest press machine at my gym once a week. It feels really nice. I only wish there was a table on it that told me how much weight i'm lifting. For every 45lbs plate I add, how much of that am I actually lifting? I can't find the conversion table on the website either.
Quality Chest Machine
gym_goer on Jan 09I use this machine at the gym I go to. It is simple to use, and I get a great pump after using it. It gives you a great range of motion and helps to isolate your chest, enabling maximum muscle stimulation.
