These J-Cups are built from heavy-duty steel, precision bent and welded, and lined with UHMW plastic to protect the finish on your bar. Built for 3"x3" rigs, they also fit most other racks on the market with matching 1" holes.

Designed and built for Fringe Sport's 3x3 rigs and squat racks, these J-Cups also fit many other brands with 1" holes, including Rogue Monster Racks, REP PR-5000, and Titan Series power racks. The 24.5mm pin (0.96") fits any rack with 1" holes, and a Metric #3 Allen wrench is included to swap out the UHMW liner as it wears.
