The C3's self-generating resistance system delivers 20 levels of resistance across a 33-328 watt programmable range, driven by a quiet poly-V belt drive — no external power source is needed for the generator itself. The GO Console runs entirely off that same self-generated power, no cords or outlets required, and displays level, time, speed, distance, heart rate, target heart rate, calories, and workout profile on a custom-etched LCD across 2 user profiles with 13 pre-loaded programs plus a custom slot per profile.
A deluxe cushioned seat adjusts through 14 positions via a vertical locking pin system, and standard racing-style handlebars with deluxe forearm support keep riders comfortable throughout the workout. Self-balancing pedals with enhanced cushioning, a non-slip surface, and ratcheting straps keep your feet secure. Heart rate is tracked through built-in contact grips on the handlebars or a wireless telemetry chest strap. Two integrated cup holders, an accessory tray, and front transport wheels round out the home-ready design.
