The E3's 20" fixed stride and 20 resistance levels give you enough range for recovery sessions, steady-state cardio, and demanding total-body workouts, all with a low 6" step-up height for easy on-and-off access. WhisperStride technology keeps the motion nearly silent, and contact heart rate sensors on the moving and stationary grips — with wireless telemetry compatibility — keep you connected to your effort level.
The GO Console offers a custom-etched LCD screen with 13 preloaded workout programs and 2 user profiles (1 custom workout slot each), and can be upgraded to Track Connect 2.0 for app connectivity.
