The E5's electronically adjustable stride shifts from 18" to 24" at the push of a button — even mid-workout — making it a great fit for multi-user households, taller exercisers, and couples with different stride preferences. 20 resistance levels let you dial in intensity, and multigrip handles target different muscle groups while providing contact heart rate sensors with wireless telemetry (chest strap included). WhisperStride technology keeps the rear-drive motion near-silent, and cushioned pedals plus dual cup holders round out the comfort features.
The GO Console offers an intuitive interface with preloaded workouts and user profile functionality, and can also be paired with Track Connect 2.0.
