Designed to bring the health club experience home, the G7 uses Cable Motion™ technology so every movement engages stabilizing muscles alongside the primary muscle group being trained — building balance and coordination, not just strength. Across its two adjustable pulleys, the G7 supports 55 total exercises spanning the chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and core.
The G7 ships with a set of soft-strap ergonomic handles, a foot strap, a thigh strap, a straight bar, and an exercise ball, along with exercise booklets/cards and an instructional DVD to help new users get started. Add the G7 Adjustable Bench (sold separately) for even more exercise variety.
