Full-Body Stretch Training, Engineered in Wood.
The NOHRD Elasko Bar builds a complete workout around the ELASKO Fitness concept, where elongating exercise and stretching aren't reserved for warm-up and cool-down — they're an integral part of the training session itself.
Key Features
158 x 79 x 137 cm (62.2 x 31.1 x 53.9")
40 kg (88.2 lbs)
120 kg (264.6 lbs)
Spaced for varying flexibility levels
For precise, deep-tissue stretch positions
Guided sessions on iOS & Android
Description
The Elasko bars' different rungs and side loop spacing allow for innovative, dynamic stretches that strengthen and tone muscle by using your body's own energy against itself. A fold-out upholstered mat, available in genuine or artificial leather, provides safe standing and extra comfort during prone or holding positions. Exercising with the Elasko system targets the cardiovascular system, balance and coordination, muscle tone, abs and core, posture, and relaxation.
Paired with the companion Elasko Exercise App for guided, structured sessions in English or German, the Elasko bar earned the NEWard New Product of the Year Award for its innovation in the fitness industry.
