Description
Every angle of the SlimBeam showcases the thoughtful attention to detail inherent to NOHRD product design. The SlimBeam's butterfly pulley enables users to train using either one or two handles, allowing exercises that focus on one or both sides of the body simultaneously, and can be swivelled and set at any height. Its cables run over ball-bearing wheels for a smooth, consistent feel, and the frame is crafted from high-quality wood with a curved silhouette.
As standard, SlimBeam models are fitted with a 75 kg weight stack — 14 individually rubberized, black matt-finish weight plates at 5 kg each, plus a 5 kg base weight. The SlimBeam ships with a standard 3:1 cable ratio, distributing a maximum working resistance of 12.5 kg (single handle extension) or 25 kg (double handle extension) across the weight stack for precise, balanced loading; 2:1 and 1:1 ratio cables are available as alternate configurations. The SlimBeam must be wall- or ceiling-mounted into studs and requires a power connection only if the optional SlimBeam Monitor is added.
