NOHRD designed the Swing system around a simple idea: weights that move like real-world objects instead of static iron. The SwingBells' leather shell and loose iron-granule fill create constant, unpredictable shifts in the center of gravity, so swings, presses, rows, and carries recruit deep stabilizers that conventional dumbbells and kettlebells can leave undertrained. Every set of 8 bells — 2, 4, 6, and 8 kg, in pairs — is handcrafted in Germany and stores neatly on its matching solid wood rack.
Pick the SwingBells Tower for a compact, freestanding storage piece with an integrated device holder, or the SwingBells Board to mount the entire set directly on the wall and keep floor space clear.
