Description
In its compact, closed position, the TriaTrainer is excellent for focused abdominal training in a footprint of less than one square meter. Unfold one side into the semi-open setting for targeted back and glute training, such as back extensions or glute bridges. Opened into full extension, it's ready for any standard bench workout, with or without free weights.
The padded footrest adjusts into 10 positions to suit different exercises and body types, and the lightweight, portable design lets you train wherever you want. The TriaTrainer is built with a solid wood frame and a choice of genuine or artificial leather upholstery.
