Description
The WaterGrinder's ergonomically shaped paddle moves through its water tank to deliver smooth, self-determined resistance — the harder you push or pull the hand cranks, the greater the intensity. The 8-position adjustable crank lets you dial in leverage to match your training goals, while the extendable arms allow you to increase or reduce resistance further. Every angle is covered: train seated or standing, pushing or pulling, facing forward, backward, or to the side with one arm, for a complete upper-body and core workout.
The removable wooden seat sets at 3 different heights on either side of the machine, and comes off entirely for standing training or use from a wheelchair, making the WaterGrinder equally suited to performance training, general fitness, and rehabilitation settings. The interactive touchscreen monitor swivels to either side for a clear view while you train, tracking time, heart rate, calories burned, watts/hour, and RPM, and offers guided Workout of the Day sessions, Free Training with video support, and a game mode that turns your effort into propelling a fish across the screen.
