The Q37xi's premium xi console gives you plenty of features to drive your training, including a Polar® chest strap in the box, and is simple to navigate whether you're choosing Quick Start or an advanced workout. Multi-Color SmartLight technology signals how hard you're exercising, whether you're in your target heart rate zone, and when to prepare for the next interval in a Workout Booster.
Octane's Workout Boosters — including X-Mode, GluteKicker, and ArmBlaster — add cross-training variety, delivering commands every few minutes to keep the heart pumping and muscles pushing. The exclusive 30:30 Interval Program alternates 30-second sprints with 30-second rest, and a dedicated MMA-inspired workout mimics real-life mixed martial arts bouts for an effective, creative training routine.
MultiGrip and Converging Path handlebars, soft-grip pedals, and a low 4" step-up height round out the ergonomics, and CROSS CiRCUIT attachment points let you add resistance training directly to the machine.
