Plate Loaded Glute/Hip Abductor
The Primal Performance Series Plate Loaded Glute/Hip Abductor provides a stable, biomechanically correct platform for full range-of-motion stimulation of the glute medius, glute maximus and hip abductors. Knee pads move outward and backward simultaneously, training hip abduction and hip extension together in one balanced motion.
Key Features
Reclined seat design with multiple starting points to suit different body types.
Knee pads move outward and backward together for maximum glute activation.
Rip-resistant pads built for long-term comfort under heavy use.
Seat and pad geometry promote proper form throughout the movement.
Matte black finish built for commercial and performance environments.
Description
Because the platform is fully supported, there's no balance to manage and no guesswork in the setup, so users get maximum recruitment of the glute medius from the very first rep. The reclined, angled seat design removes the instability of standing cable abduction work while still delivering a full range of motion.
Built on a heavy-duty steel frame, this machine is suited to the demands of high-traffic commercial gym floors as well as performance training environments.
