Rotating Handles for Curls That Do Not Fight Your Wrists

The PRx SupraCurl Barbell uses independently rotating handles so your wrists and forearms find their own path through every rep. Instead of locking your hands into a fixed angle the way a straight or E-Z bar does, the handles turn with you, which takes strain off the wrist and elbow and lets you concentrate on the muscle actually doing the work.

At 25 lb and 49" long it is a dedicated arm bar for curls, and it fits all Olympic plates so it slots straight into your existing setup. Weights are not included.

Key Features

Rotating Handles
Handles turn freely so wrists track naturally through the curl instead of being forced into one angle.
Ergonomic Design
Better control and posture under load, which means cleaner reps and less compensation from your shoulders.
Joint-Friendly for Heavy Arm Work
Reduces the wrist and elbow strain that limits how hard many lifters can train biceps.
Compact 49" Length
Short enough to use and store in a tight garage or basement gym without clearing a lane.
25 lb Bar Weight
A meaningful starting load on its own, and easy to track once you add plates.
Fits All Olympic Plates
7.5" loadable sleeves take the standard 2" plates you already own.
Medium Knurling
Secure grip through long sets without tearing up your palms.
Built for Volume
Designed for the high-rep, high-frequency arm work that actually drives growth.

Description

Anyone who has trained arms seriously knows the limiting factor is often not the biceps. It is the wrists. A straight bar pins your hands in full supination and, as the weight climbs, the discomfort at the wrist arrives long before the muscle is done. An E-Z bar helps by angling the grip, but it is still a fixed position.

The SupraCurl takes a different approach. Its handles rotate independently, so as you curl, your forearms rotate the way they naturally want to. The joint is never fighting the implement. For lifters with cranky wrists or a history of elbow tendinopathy, that difference can be what makes loaded curls sustainable again.

The ergonomics also improve the quality of the rep. When your wrists are not bracing against the bar, it is far easier to keep your elbows pinned and your torso still, which is exactly what you want if the goal is to load the biceps rather than to swing weight. Better control means better positions, and better positions mean faster progress.

Practically, it is an easy bar to own. It is 49" overall with 7.5" loadable sleeves that fit any Olympic plate, the knurling is medium so it holds without punishing your hands, and at 25 lb it is light enough to move around and store easily. If arm training is a real part of your program, this is a worthwhile upgrade over a standard curl bar.
