Description
The 8UB's Alternator drive system delivers 20 resistance levels with a 20-watt starting point, mounted on a powder-coated steel frame with the ultra-durable Morse Taper bottom bracket. A one-sided, self-leveling pedal platform with a removable ratcheting strap keeps riders secure, and the Easy-Up ratcheting seat offers 13 positions — just pull up to adjust. Heart rate is tracked via contact or telemetric sensors.
Choose an Apex LED display or a 16" (40.5cm) touchscreen console, both connected through Core Health & Fitness's OpenHub ecosystem for wireless connectivity and over-the-air software updates. Tap-to-Pair smartwatch integration connects with Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch, and the touchscreen console adds personal device mirroring and streaming apps like RunTV and PlutoTV. A built-in wireless phone charger, a Command Center with cooling fan and USB port, and onboard HIIT programming round out the experience. The LED display is fully self-generating; the touchscreen display, and LED with the optional Personal Viewing Screen, require a 12V/5A power supply.
