YORK's STS Multi-Function Bench is built to lock directly into the STS Modular Rack system or stand alone as a dumbbell bench. A sliding depth adjustor lets each lifter dial in their torso length without ever disengaging from the rack, making it a fast-changeover station for busy training floors.

Billed by YORK as its most adjustable bench, the STS Multi-Function Bench is designed to flow seamlessly with the rest of the Strength Training Series (STS) modular rack lineup while holding its own as a standalone dumbbell bench. The combination of a 5-position back pad and independent 6-position depth adjustor covers a wide range of lifter heights and exercise angles from one station.
