The Apex Recumbent Elliptical's front-drive design delivers a 24" stride with 30 levels of resistance from a hybrid self-generating brake (40-600 watts), giving you a smooth, low-impact workout while seated. The swivel seat offers 20 height adjustments to fit a wide range of users, and a step-through design with side steps makes getting on and off the machine safe and easy. Oversized soft-grip pedals and stationary handlebars with contact heart rate monitoring (Polar® Bluetooth compatible) round out the comfort and tracking features.
