Description
The Apex Upright Bike's Hybrid Self-Generating Brake delivers 30 resistance levels across a 40-600 watt power range without requiring external power to ride. It's compatible with TRUE's full UNITE console lineup — the 22", 16", and 10" touchscreen consoles (16 workout programs, WiFi and Ethernet, Bluetooth, FTMS compatibility with GymTrakr, Zwift, Kinomap, ROUVY, and TrainerRoad, Apple GymKit/GEM NFC, screen mirroring, and HDMI) or the simplified UNITE LED console (14 programs). Heart rate is tracked via contact grips or Polar®-compatible Bluetooth.
A robotically welded, heavy-gauge steel frame houses a 3-piece forged steel crank system with sealed bearings, driven by a quiet, single-stage Poly-V belt. Dual-sided, weighted pedals with integrated ratcheting straps keep riders secure, while multi-position handlebars with a moisture-resistant coating and a 15-position ergonomic, cushioned seat round out a comfortable ride. A low 18" step-over height makes getting on and off easy for users of all ages and fitness levels.
Two water bottle holders, an accessory tray, a reading rack/tablet holder, and front transport wheels for easy repositioning complete the package, and the Apex Upright Bike supports TRUE's EcoFit real-time asset management system for facility operators.
