The TRUE XFW-8100 Half Rack With Plate Holders is an open-face rack with 19 adjustment points, fully adjustable bar catches and catch rails, and an integrated pull-up station — built to handle a wide range of exercises for wide and narrow grips alike.

Description
The XFW-8100's open-face design gives lifters unrestricted access for squats, presses and rack pulls, while 19 adjustment points at 3" increments and fully adjustable bar catches and catch rails let the rack accommodate a wide range of bodies and exercises. The integrated pull-up station adds wide- and narrow-grip pull-ups without needing a separate station.
Eight plate holders and Olympic bar storage come standard, keeping loose plates and bars organized at the rack. For facilities that program banded work, an optional band peg kit with band pegs and storage posts is available separately. The frame comes standard in a matte black powder coat finish, with custom frame and upholstery options available.
