Smooth Stroke. Light Frame.
The York R-350 Rower pairs a stainless steel track with an aluminum beam, so the seat glides consistently stroke after stroke while the whole machine stays light enough to stand up and store. A fan-based flywheel with a 1–10 spiral damper lets each rower set the feel of the stroke, and a nickel-plated chain drive keeps the connection direct and quiet.
Key Features
A consistent, smooth slide that won't pit or wear like coated rails.
Adjustable spiral damper controls airflow into the flywheel so you dial in the resistance feel.
Durable steel chain drive for direct power transfer.
Assembles and breaks down quickly; compact footprint when stored.
Built for home gyms and commercial fitness floors alike.
