Torque's Z4 Rubber Olympic Grip Plates are molded from a high-grade ductile steel/cast iron blend and fully encased in durable rubber, giving you a plate that protects your floor and your bar without sacrificing feel. A large grip surface makes loading and unloading easier between sets, and each plate is built around a stainless steel hub that is hydraulically pressed into a permanent position to prevent surface damage to both plates and bars.

Each Z4 plate starts with an internal casing made from high-grade ductile steel/cast iron, chosen for its durability under repeated loading. That core is fully encased in high-grade rubber, protecting your bars, racks, and flooring from impact while keeping the plate quiet in the rack. The 10, 25, 35, and 45 lb plates use a tri-spoke design that makes them easy to grip and carry, while the smaller 2.5 and 5 lb plates are cast as solid discs for added durability at lighter weights.
Torque Fitness backs the Z4 line with a guarantee against material and workmanship defects, plus a one-year warranty against breakage under normal use. Normal use does not include dropping, throwing, or bouncing the plates, so treat them as you would any precision-loaded iron.
