Force USA M20 CORNERSTONE® All-In-One Trainer: 3x3. Reimagined.
The M20 is Force USA's next evolution of the All-In-One Trainer platform, built around a true 3" x 3" 11-gauge steel frame with 1" holes spaced every 2" for open attachment compatibility. It drops the center pulley system in favor of a dedicated Single Track Smith Machine and dual Freestyle Pulley Arms, so you get a walk-through power rack, a Smith machine, and a functional trainer in one footprint — set up against a wall or as a full walk-through, your choice.
Choose Olympic plate loading for up to 270 lb of resistance per side, or a pin-loaded weight stack starting at 200 lb per side and upgradeable to 250 lb. The new Dual Force Twist Lock switches each arm between a 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratio without tools, and with both arms connected at 1:1 you get up to 500 lb of total cable resistance.
1" holes spaced every 2" give open compatibility with third-party 3x3 attachments. 49" exterior / 43" interior width (77" wide with the Smith Machine).
Switch each Freestyle Pulley Arm between a 1:1 and 2:1 ratio without tools — go heavier for isolation work or lighter and faster for functional training.
Lock Mode fixes the arms for heavy hypertrophy work; Flow Mode lets them track your body through 180 degrees of motion for athletic and rotational training.
Guide rod and linear bearings with a safety lock, and the lowest starting position in its class for a full deadlift range of motion. 35 lb bar with Olympic-standard knurling and spinning sleeves.
Plate-loaded delivers up to 270 lb of resistance per side. The weight stack version starts at 200 lb per side, upgradeable to 250 lb.
Set the M20 up against a wall to save space, or open it up as a full walk-through rack for a 360-degree training experience.
Ready to train on day one with a full attachment package built for the M20's cable system and rack.
A clean, modern finish that matches the rest of Force USA's CORNERSTONE® line.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Plate-loaded or weight stack — which should I choose?
Plate-loaded gives you up to 270 lb of resistance per side using standard Olympic plates you supply yourself, at a lower up-front price. The weight stack version ships with a 200 lb stack per side (upgradeable to 250 lb) built in, so there's no plate loading required — you pay more up front for that convenience.
Q: What ceiling height and space do I need?
The M20 stands 86.5" tall (49" W x 61" D footprint, 77" wide with the Smith Machine installed). Leave extra room around the frame for the pulley arms and barbell movement, and check your ceiling height against your intended pull-up clearance.
Q: How do the pulley ratios work?
The Dual Force Twist Lock lets you switch each Freestyle Pulley Arm between a 1:1 and 2:1 ratio without tools. With both arms connected at 1:1, you get up to 500 lb of total cable resistance.
Q: Does the M20 work with attachments from other brands?
Yes. With true 3x3 uprights, 1" holes, and 2" spacing, it's compatible with a wide range of third-party 3x3 attachments in addition to the 20+ attachments included.
Q: How long does assembly take, and how does it ship?
Assembly runs 4–8 hours; professional assembly is available. The M20 ships LTL freight across 3 boxes, with the frame box the heaviest at roughly 544 lb. Delivery and setup options are available from Fitness Supply.
Q: Is the M20 covered by a warranty?
Yes — for home use, Force USA backs the M20 with a Lifetime warranty on the frame, 10 years on moving parts, and 1 year on upholstery and attachments.
